New Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Raleigh

As of today, the Diocese of Raleigh has a new Director of Vocations, Fr. Ned Shlesinger. Under the leadership of Bishop Burbidge, Fr. Shlesinger will usher in a new era for vocations work in the Diocese. There have already been fruitful signs in the six months since Bishop Burbidge's arrival that we will see an increase in vocations.

To see Fr. Shlesinger's homily from the recent First Friday Vocations Holy Hour click here. This past VHH was preceded by Stations of the Cross, led by Bishop Burbidge. Once again the Cathedral was full, as the faithful of the Diocese continue to invest prayerful time before the Most Blessed Sacrament in an effort to create a culture of vocations. No question that is already happening.
