It's that time of year - the annual Catholic Blog Awards. Roman Catholic Vocations(RCV) began just under a year ago (February 22, 2007) and was too new to even be considered for any kind of award at the time. Actually at that point I had no idea how this whole thing would go. A year later and RCV has gained a humble following. My hope has always been that this blog would be a resource for information about vocations. A sort of online reference library of articles and stories about vocations in the Roman Catholic Church.
In an effort to make this blog more widely none, I wonder if some of you might be willing to consider casting a few votes? I don't know that this blog fits in to many categories besides "Best New Catholic Blog" or "Best Individual Catholic Blog", but that's up to the voters.
It's easy to register, and then you can also nominate some of the many outstanding Catholic Blogs out there in other categories (or for the categories I mentioned above). To register and nominate go to Catholic Blog Awards.
Thank you for your consideration!
If you are actively discerning a vocation to the Priesthood, Diaconate, Consecrated Life, or Marriage and you are looking for information to help in your discernment, BE SURE TO CHECK the section at the bottom of the right sidebar for the "labels" on all posts. By clicking on one of these labels it will take you to a page with all posts containing that subject. You will also find many links for suggested reading near the bottom of the right sidebar. Best wishes and be assured of my daily prayers for your discernment.
