Fr. Luke Mary Fletcher, CFR, (Vocations Director for the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal) sent an email saying that the Friars would be on a popular Irish late night show with the band U2.
"Prayer itself, born in Catholic families, nurtured by programs of Christian formation, strengthened by the grace of the sacraments, is the first means by which we come to know the Lord’s will for our lives. To the extent that we teach young people to pray, and to pray well, we will be cooperating with God’s call. Programs, plans and projects have their place; but the discernment of a vocation is above all the fruit of an intimate dialogue between the Lord and his disciples. Young people, if they know how to pray, can be trusted to know what to do with God’s call." Pope Benedict XVI

I may be mistaken, but I believe Dublin is 5 hours ahead of us, not behind us.

Thanks for your persistence. The sad thing is that I went to the website you mentioned.
Perhaps this is why my background is in art and design, with multiple degrees and a masters. However, I am terrible at math - an often times humbling (as in the present case) deficit on my part.
I think I will need to repost this story to highlight the correction.
