These are some of the other pictures I was able to take during the Mass last Friday night. Enjoy.
If you are actively discerning a vocation to the Priesthood, Diaconate, Consecrated Life, or Marriage and you are looking for information to help in your discernment, BE SURE TO CHECK the section at the bottom of the right sidebar for the "labels" on all posts. By clicking on one of these labels it will take you to a page with all posts containing that subject. You will also find many links for suggested reading near the bottom of the right sidebar. It must have been beautiful! My older sister and I tried to go but we arrived to late (due to the massive amount of rain on the drive there) and the church was full. We were going to stand outside and listen but it looked like it was going to rain again so we ended up leaving.
I don't think you were the only one - I've heard the same from several others.
Yes it was very beautiful indeed!
Brad! I'm loving the Bishop's cotta. Was that a gift perhaps? (If only he was wearing the gauntlets!) Shoot me an email if you get the chance. I love showing people pictures from the two Tridentine Masses and telling everyone about the Raleigh Diocese and how much we love our Bishop.
Click the link on the blogger name and you'll probably guess who this is.
Technically speaking it'a a rocchet, but beautiful none the less!
